this pretty much gonna be a review post on the random shows i've been watching.
e-learning week explains why im home with so much time to spare. thank goodness the one and only quiz is three weeks away. for the time being, let me introduce you guys to some good shows.

My Lovable Girl / My Lovely Girl / She's So Lovable.
why must kor shows always have so many variations in their title.
anyway, starring Krystal (f(x)), Rain and L (Infinite). the cast alone will probaby make this one of the hottest drama of this season.

"Hyun Wook (Bi) is the CEO of a talent agency that scouts and trains idols. He is a brilliant composer-producer who appears cold and indifferent on the outside but is sensitive and kind-hearted. Hyun Wook lives in great difficulty as he unable to let go of his ex girlfriend who dies in an accident he witnesses first hand. Said ex-girlfriend's sister, Se Na (Krystal Jung), moves to Seoul in order to pursue her music-composing career and meets Hyun Wook who helps her achieve it. In the midst of healing through music, they fall in love."

romance really isn't my thing. i'm more interested in the music making concept. and obviously shipping Krystal+L. Rain looks old enough to be her brother. but as always, male 2nd lead will never get the girl. T.T

Kuroshitsuji Live Action.
wow. i swear this is surprisingly good. it's more of a mystery film than some random demon sticking to his girl-disguised-as-guy master.
dont get turn off because it's a live-action movie of some anime/manga.
the action scenes and story plot are really pretty good. cg looking real. no unnecessary superpower display.

"The story is set in the year over 2020 in an Asian city where Western and Eastern cultures blend together. A young woman named Shiori Genpou now runs the Phantomhive family. However, only men are allowed to lead the family, so she disguises herself as a man name Kiyoharu. As a descendant of the noble family Phantomhive, Shiori solves difficult cases which are ordered by the queen. Sebastian watches over and protects her as her butler in exchange for her soul."

so decided to have a movie marathon at home yesterday instead of going out considering the crowd on ph is always scary as hell. so thanks to the boy, got two hd films to watch.

Transcendence.
sci-fi, robots, technology, artificial intelligence, you name it, this movie has it.
though the movie is slightly long and the science behind it is too chim for my puny brain but the plot itself is really cool!
watch the trailer! you'll get what i mean.

"A scientist's drive for artificial intelligence, takes on dangerous implications when his consciousness is uploaded into one such program."

The Machine.
it's pure coincidence that both movies were about relatively similar stuff. machines, robots, AI.
this is pretty decent but transcendence is definitely nicer. this show pretty much goes no where initially until suddenly the robots started to fight back.
no harm watching the trailer and decide it for yourself.

"Two artificial intelligence engineers come together as they work to create the first ever self-aware artificial intelligence. A veteran AI engineer secretly hopes to develop technology to help his diseased daughter, even if it means funding comes from the powerful Ministry of Defense (MoD). His new partner, a young woman gifted in the field of AI, is brought on after her breakthroughs are recognized by the MoD. Things go wrong when the MoD takes over and advances the researchers' work to the next level, teaching the AI to kill and follow MoD instructions with its new and nearly indestructible body."

so many many more new animes. :D
