Y4S1 Week 10

oh man. i forgot to post about last week! 
a quick recap on week 10 before my week 11 comes to an end and it will turn into a bi-weekly blog thing again. oops.

that was a pretty good show imo. packed with sci-fi and comedy. :)





quiz on wed. and my parents went over to sentosa for their 3d2n stay. even though they ask my sis and i to join but my sis are too busy with their school work. so...like as if i would go and interrupt their once in a blue moon staycation. no thanks~

had our weekly watercolor painting class on thu. that wasn't the actual piece i've done on that day. i redrew it again over the next few days while i was bored at home. the actual piece was pretty screwed up due to disproportion hahaha.






did you know ngee ann city basement taka food court has revamped and added several new japanese restaurant? all the mouth watering food there looks so authentic i almost thought i step into a mini japan food court. oh and did i mention that the food cost roughly $12-$16 per meal which is actually not toooo ex.

we tried Baikohken, a ramen store. you get to choose regular or halve size for the ramen.
the boy and i must be starving at that point we ordered both regular. omg the bowl was so huge and the amount of noodles was never ending. the lady beside me ordered a halve and only finished like half of the halve. what am i?

honestly, was really quite hungry at that point so i ate around 3/4 of the regular serving while the boy finished it. but next time, i supposed the halve is more than enough for me. taste wise, it's actually pretty good. i tried the shouyu (i like it), the boy got the miso base which was pretty tasty too. it wasn't salty or msg laded but flavorful enough. the halve prices are actually pretty affordable so i do highly recommend this place if you are ever crazing for ramen. :)

there are three other new japanese restaurants beside it that looks really good too. maybe next time.


so that's about all for week 10.

i will get my week 11 post up on sunday hopefully. no promises. cause sometimes i doubt my memory too. :x
