woke up early in the morning wanted to cook my 爱心早餐 for my dad's birthday only to find out that he went out early for a fortune telling lesson today. lol noooo. so he missed it. >< 

first attempt at eggs benedict. hollandaise sauce turned out to be a little too watery. it's actually pretty thick once you leave it to set but i think it flowed down to the side instead of staying on top of the egg before it thickened. sadly. i wonder how the actual hollandaise sauce supposed to taste like. mine taste all buttery.

met up with the boy afterwards who accompanied me to hunt for another gift.

settled with thermal cup and flask. really squeezed out all my brain juices to think of something to get for my dad. why is it so hard to buy stuff for guys.

the boy came over to slack. caught god knows how many episodes of Masterchef. pretty much forced him to since i was addicted to it. ^^

zi char for family dinner. waited an hour for the food to be served. 

back home and my father immediately started teaching us what he learnt lol.

it's pretty much about determining one's life numbers using birth dates.

my youngest sis's numbers has one of the rare combination which is the potential of being a president/political leader. LOL. she would probably be in the 反对党 if it really happens.
