so we went to the zoo! was soooo packed, sun was sorching and the animals were all busy hiding away. thank goodness, we managed to catch the splash show at least. even the polar bear was snoring away at a corner. took the mandatory entrance shot when we were about to exit the place so our faces were all damn shagged. the heat and crowd was really bad. the polar bear might just faint one day under such weather. or maybe it already did, just that we thought it was sleeping. o.o






lunch at Eighteen Chef @ AMKHUB. tried it previously but we didn't realise there was the $6.40 combo for students. that's like the most worth it thing ever! you get to choose the base, sauce and main ingredient (only four choices for this promotion) that you would like at $6.40 (inclusive of 7% gst) and you get their home brewed ice lemon tea plus a scoop of ice cream as well. the ice lemon tea is pretty much one of the best i've ever tried. creamy mango sauce is totally recommended. in addition, you get 1-for-1 additional top up if you find that it's too plain if you top up a small sum depending on your choice. and for another $4, you get to choose any waffle icecream combination from the menu.

in short, it's plain awesome good food at a ridiculously cheap price. :D and best still, student offer is available everyday! even weekends. weeee.

everyone should really give the place a shot. the meal was so filling at only a price of average $12 per pax inclusive of gst with no service charge and you get a main course, a drink, a waffle with two scoop of ice cream. what more can you ask for?



so we were so full, we only had desserts for dinner afterwards.
