my blog has totally become a food journal to keep records for my poor memory's sake.

so where did i ended off.

weekends were probably spent on catching up lectures and tutorials.

make up tutorial session on mon that kindly dragged till 7pm. had dinner over at jp. random sushi, bento, korokke along the japanese food aisle. 

met up with the buff&sw for like probably the first time in the sem. it's amazing how we managed to avoid each other throughout the sem. is ntu that big? how come we never seem to coincidentally meet each other. lol.

dinner at Grub afterwards. located at bishan park. 

the pork steak burger is really good. churros wise, i still prefer the ones we had in korea with the sourcream sauce. that was heavenly. 

though i thought i wouldn't miss my summer life anytime soon but seems like i was wrong. at a point in time, i do kinda miss the times we spend together in that small flat with everyone else. so lively. staying together at cubnb was probably the best choice ever made in that trip.

and so wednesday was a public holiday. another day to catch up on school work. full-stop.

finally managed to churn out our dimensions for ma3001 on thu. FINALLY.

met up with the guys afterwards for dinner over at hollandv.

dinner over at Breko.

the chicken was bad. real bad. bacon onion hash was bland.

the tic-tac-toe fries was probably the nicest thing on all our plates.

honestly, astons could do a better job with the meat. i dont remember the food being so disappointing. what happened.

so it was free uberTaxi day then. tried to hitch a ride at 6pm but gave up since it was peak hour. tried again after dinner until yc's batt plunged to 10% lol. gave up and went to The Daily Scoop for some ice-cream. 

and just when we thought we would have to probably catch the late train home. we managed to get one. think we were too stunned at that moment that we quickly rushed out of TDS cause the cab was arriving in 2min. almost forgetting that the boy went to the toilet. luckily he came out in time. haha. 

and so, we managed to get a free ride home with an awesome taxi uncle. who suggested that we should use up the 2nd free ride for that day rather than paying additional money since the entire trip would exceed $35. so he kindly parked his car on the roadside and reconnect the uberapp for us at the risk of his bonus. so damn nice.

finally managed to crawl to the lib yesterday. it's already 1am now.

definitely more effective than staying at home.
